Publish the wiki from docs/wiki with a restyled layout - #17

Conversation
Keep the wiki pages in the repository so they are reviewed like other docs, and add a workflow that copies them to the GitHub wiki when they change on main. The pages carry the restyled layout: a card-based Home, an icon sidebar and footer, taglines, callouts, and previous/next links. Change
Moves the GitHub wiki into the repository so it's reviewed like other docs. The pages also get the same visual refresh the README received in #16.
docs/wiki/: all 19 wiki pages. The page text is unchanged. What's new:.github/workflows/wiki.yml(Publish wiki): runs on pushes tomainthat touchdocs/wiki/(or the workflow itself), and can also be run by hand. It clonescommand-center.wiki.gitwithGITHUB_TOKEN(contents: write), copies the pages over, and commits and pushes only if something changed. Pages that exist only in the wiki are left alone. Actions are pinned by SHA like the other workflows.docs/development.md: a short "Wiki" section explaining the flow.Validation
npm run checkpasses.npm test: 78/78 pass.main, so it can't be tested from this PR. After merge, check thePublish wikirun. IfGITHUB_TOKENcan't push to the wiki (403), swap in a repo secret holding a token with write access.Review notes
