…istry API refs, community/links) Moves translation metadata to end of frontmatter for consistency. These files were missing translationSourceHash/translationFrom fields. Hash values sourced from already-calculated reference. Only affects registry api-reference directories and zh/community/links.mdx. No content changes, frontmatter only.
