memory consolidatecounted a merge or supersede whose UPDATE failed. It now returns the error with the counts so far.SetVaultkept file stamps across a rebind to another vault, so an identical-bytes file could skip its reconcile. It now forgets them on every rebind, like the loops, insights and pending stores.Both tests fail on main. May conflict lightly with the embed-off-add PR in
cmd/logos/memory.go.
