## [2026-09-01] — v0.35.0 · Actionable issue blockers

### Added

- **Issue detail exposes native dependency blockers directly.** Operators can search for an open blocking issue, navigate to it, add more blockers, or remove a blocker without discovering the Relations tab first.
- **Active blockers have a clear issue-level state.** A responsive banner lists each open dependency and explains that the issue clears automatically when every blocker is done or canceled.

### Changed

- **Dashboard Blocked uses the canonical dependency predicate.** The attention category now shows issues blocked by open `BLOCKED_BY` relations and removes them from ordinary work lanes.
- **Human attention remains distinct from dependency state.** `/blocked <reason>` continues to open an operator-attention request instead of claiming that an issue dependency exists.

### Fixed

- **Stalled runs are no longer duplicated as blocked issues.** Agent exceptions and dependency blockers now retain separate meanings and counts.

## 2026-09-01 — v0.35.0 release preparation

- Squash-merged AXI-186 / PR #102 after exact-head lint, typecheck, unit,
integration, and both Playwright shards passed.
- Prepared the `0.35.0` version bump and curated release notes for native issue
blocker controls, dashboard dependency reconciliation, and the separation of
dependency blocking from operator-attention requests.
- AXI-187 owns the serialized release PR, immutable tag, production deployment,
and live verification required by `RELEASE.md`.
