Adds France, Italy, Spain, and Portugal to the free mode country allowlist; Belgium was already allowed and now has explicit test coverage. Updates the Freebuff website FAQ so the published country list matches the server gate. Updates country-gate and Freebuff session tests to use Japan as the disallowed-country example now that these European countries are allowed. Validated with the Freebuff web typecheck and focused Bun tests for the country gate and Freebuff session flow.
