Summary:

• Add reusable authoring numeric controls.
• Standardize numeric editing across the Inspector and Section Editor.
• Improve usability with stepper controls and consistent formatting.
• Add regression tests for numeric control behavior.

• No changes to authoring graph, compiler, runtime, or file format.
