Introduce Dock.Avalonia-based docking infrastructure for the Avalonia editor. The Track workspace now supports dockable, tabbed, floating, and resizable Route, Viewport, Inspector, Math Plots, and Diagnostics panes while preserving all existing editor behavior. Docking remains isolated to the frontend, with no backend or contract changes. Added docking infrastructure tests and milestone documentation.
