Overview
Fixes a resolver bug where namespace/module resolution rewrote let bindings into a Sequential form, instead of preserving a Parallel let.

Refactors the resolver tests to share a do_program_module_resolution helper and adds test_module_resolve_preserves_parallel_let, which asserts both the program result and that the resolved function body remains BodyForm::Let(LetFormKind::Parallel, _).
