Document public Graphix.Native 3.4.16-graphix.3 installation and the separate Graphix-CS binding without requiring temporary CI artifacts. Update the workflow default and add a public-documentation contract invoked before native CI builds and by the pack script. Record the release preparation. Preserve native implementation, headers, tests, licenses and build settings; new builds will record the new package version and exact release source commit. Verification: - Documentation contract RED on the previous README and GREEN after changes; a mismatched package version is rejected. - PowerShell syntax, workflow actionlint and git whitespace checks passed; shellcheck/pyflakes not run. - Native source, test and upstream-notice diffs are empty against 0c23f43. - All six native CI builds/CTest suites, both Windows maximize regressions, final package provenance and public publication remain required.
