fix: bench 207 formula lengths under 240-char Zod cap

Summary

• Shortened pump.fun formula from 239 chars to 161 chars
• Shortened Fomo formula from 287 chars to 207 chars
• Both were exceeding or hitting the 240-char Zod spec cap, causing the entire bench 207 spec to fail silently and render 404 on staging
