The topup blade templates had hardcoded Dutch strings, and several Vue components had untranslated English text.

Topup blade views

Replaced all hardcoded Dutch/English strings in topup/{index,topupForm,status,notAvailable}.blade.php with __('topup.key') calls
Created resources/lang/{en,nl,fr,de,es}/topup.php translation files
Added detectLocale() to TopupController (same pattern as HomeController — reads ?lang= query param and Accept-Language header)
Updated layouts/order.blade.php to use dynamic lang attribute

Vue hardcoded strings

QrScanner.vue: wrapped "Point your camera at the QR code" in $t() (key already existed in i18n files)
Hello.vue, Home.vue: wrapped placeholder text in $t(), added keys to all 5 locale files
