git -C core 会切换工作目录，导致相对路径 patches/core/*.patch 被解析为 core/patches/...，检查时报 "can't open patch: No such file or directory"。 改为传绝对路径后补丁可被正常读取与校验。
android-actions/setup-android@v3 会执行 `sdkmanager tools`，而新版 SDK 仓库已移除 tools 包，导致 setup 步骤报 "Failed to find package 'tools'" 并 exit 1（v4.0.2 的官方修复即 "Fix for removed tools package"）。
