Can you provide some more information about how you got to this error? Which screen? What steps did you take?

Also ensure your on the latest version v0.3.67 (it's shown on the bottom left in the settings page) to ensure this hasn't already been fixed.

The frame WebSocket implementation has been reworked since this was reported. Please re-file with your version and logs if you still see a localhost connection failure.
