Question about the greyed-out "Scissors" button in CAP recording software

Hi team,

I'm currently using the CAP recording software and noticed that the "Scissors" button is greyed out in the interface. I’m not sure what this button is supposed to do and under what conditions it becomes active.

Could you please clarify:

What is the purpose of the "Scissors" button?

Why is it currently disabled (greyed out) on my end?

I've attached a screenshot to this issue for reference.

@Yuss9 That is a cursor icon .. and it it disabled for you because it is currently a experimental feature and you can enable it by going to Settings > Experimental

This reads as a support question rather than a bug report. Please re-file if the scissors tool is still unclear on the latest release and we can point you to how it works.
