Really slow export

Description

Exporting the video is really slow. GPU is not used at all, this explains certainly the performance.

Reproduction

1. Record on a 4k screen with a 1080p webcam stream.
2. Add background & padding
3. Export it (mp4, minimal compression, 1080p)

Export performance and hardware encoder selection have been substantially reworked since this was reported. This specific slowness is believed resolved, please re-test on the latest version and open a fresh issue with logs if export still isn't using your GPU.
