Add optional MacBook notch overlay in Studio Mode

macOS screen capture omits the physical MacBook notch. This makes recordings of notch-aware apps difficult to understand because an important part of the visual context is missing.

capd is one example—the repository includes recordings that demonstrate the problem.

Could Studio Mode offer an optional MacBook notch overlay that:

• appears in both the editor preview and exports;
• follows cropping, scaling, and zoom effects;
• supports common MacBook notch dimensions or automatic display detection;
• can be toggled and adjusted manually?

I'd be happy to explore opening a PR if the feature would be welcome. I can also provide example footage or before-and-after mock-ups.

Hey @jamiedavenport, this would be awesome! We could have it as a setting in general settings which you could toggle.

Feel free to open a PR in the meantime - otherwise, we'll prob get to this in the next release or so
