I’ve noticed this issue on Firefox. It happens when you upload a long video, but it doesn’t occur when uploading a very short video.

Web upload now has a server-side transcode fallback for unsupported formats, added since this was reported. Please re-test on the latest release and re-file with your file details and logs if it still fails.
