Use the input file's calendar when creating 'Trajectory's in TE. Split the time metadata into it's own function to enable this.
Uses nbsphinx to include the notebook. Uses nbsphinx_link to link them from the tutorial/ directory.
Adds _input_files attribute and set_input_files method to TCTracker
Adds no_closed_contours and threshold_filters to TempestExtremes detect parameters. Also tidies _make_detect_nodes_call
Adds _load_fields to allow FieldSource to be used for functions that allow multiple fields
