Reduce gallery preview card width from 480px to 384px (20%) for a more compact map gallery. Generated thumbnail resolution, image aspect ratios and the responsive maximum width remain unchanged.
Validation: tried and approved on a running Cacti installation. Both existing gallery preview regression cases pass; manifest and whitespace checks pass. Includes a develop changelog entry.
