Install the shared CAIL packages from public npm - #86

The @CUNY-AI-Lab packages are now published on registry.npmjs.org, so installs no longer need a GitHub Packages classic token. Pin the scope to npm in bunfig.toml so a personal ~/.npmrc mapping cannot redirect installs, drop NODE_AUTH_TOKEN and packages: read from CI, drop the token requirement from the Workers Builds entrypoint and its setup doc, and remove the Renovate host rule for npm.pkg.github.com. Bump cail-client 6.0.0 -> 6.2.2, cail-identity 5.2.5 -> 5.2.6 and cail-log 0.6.0 -> 0.6.4, and regenerate bun.lock against npm. cail-log 0.6.4 types sinks as returning void | PromiseLike<void>, so the logging tests' sinks no longer return Array.push's length. Bun lets a personal ~/.npmrc override bunfig scopes, so a contributor who still maps @CUNY-AI-Lab to GitHub Packages would install from there. A project .npmrc takes precedence over the personal file. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
