CAIL Pi guide: explain updating to Pi 1.0 - #112

Conversation
Adds an "Updating Pi" section for people who installed Pi before 1.0 (pi update --all, the version check, fullscreen mode, LazyPi package warnings, and the npm fallback). The installer steps now describe the automatic Pi update and the Windows tool-list behavior in CAIL Pi 0.3.0. The rest of the page is rewritten in plainer language; the update section keeps the existing #update-heading anchor. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Adds an Updating Pi section to
/docs/cail-pi/for participants who installed Pi before Pi 1.0 (released 2026-10-01). It coverspi update --all/pi.cmd update --all, checking the version, Pi 1.0's fullscreen mode, the startup warnings some LazyPi packages produce, and the npm fallback when Pi can't update itself. It also rewrites the rest of the page in plainer language. Commands and facts are unchanged, and the update section keeps the existing
