Re-vendors the agent config and the scheduled-job wrapper from monitoring v0.4.0. The host network panel now shows the host's interfaces, Host & Containers gains the USE-method panels, and the agent uses less CPU.
compose.telemetry.gpu.ymlkeeps its newernvidia_gpu_exporterpin; v0.4.0 still has the older one.
