Changes look good, but please modify the commit log to include a message body and a DCO (yeah, I know, I need to get around to writing those contribution guidelines).
If you could split the commit in two, one for each board, that'd be preferable.

Howdy!
While I'm waiting for my own (modified) CANbardo to come in from the fab house, I decided to add proper support for the CAN adapters that I have!
This PR is semi-blocked by the accompanying PR in the Zephyr repo.
I denote 2026 for the RH02 Plus because according to Elmue, it only started shipping with the 25MHz crystal this year.
Please let me know if I missed anything!
