Publication dependency

Hold this PR until both SDK 1.0.0 packages are published and verified on npm and PyPI:

Summary

  • Document the released single-target Calls API with required phone/schema/key, inferred region and language, actionable input errors, idempotency and safe recovery.
  • Explain result_status readiness, ordinary telephone outcomes, fixed transcript, Billing call_id, detailed events and pre-submission cancellation.
  • Add SDK 1.0 installation and migration guidance, including the Goal Run wait-helper compatibility change.
  • Keep the latest legacy examples in dedicated Legacy guides and add the end-of-year retirement notice. No archive endpoint or automatic retirement response is promised.
  • Preserve current main code tabs, examples and deployment workflow. Fix mobile inline-code/table overflow and stale migration links.

Verification

  • pnpm run validate passed: typecheck, build, static output, 13 deploy tests, result-reader checks and all 27 browser tests.
  • Rebuilt after final link corrections; verify:dist passed and 290 internal anchor references resolved.
  • Desktop 1440px and mobile 390px screenshots inspected; mobile document width is 390px.
  • Public OpenAPI paths/components match the released backend contract; the complete snapshot is identical in both SDK repos and these docs.
  • No real calls or deployment were triggered by documentation validation.
