About Me

I have 7 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT, where I was responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering projects within cross-functional teams (frontend, backend, and QA). I have worked across the full development lifecycle, including task decomposition, backlog management, prioritization, timeline and risk control, as well as ensuring high-quality delivery.

I also have hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban), as well as tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Notion for task tracking, documentation, and maintaining transparent communication across teams and stakeholders.
