Great refinements and structuring. Model is much more complete with proper values.

Replace Akidanet 0.25 model (optimized for Akida 1) with MobileNet 0.25 (better for Akida 2).
Updates hardware utils to handle Akida 2 models (different layer silencing)
Adds 1 GHz as expected clock for AKD2500. Included as a reference dict in hardware_utils as a common point of reference. Akida 1 examples should later be updated to use this reference point for AKD1500 too.
