Complete Data Center improvement package

Summary

• Complete the requested 1-to-6 Data Center improvement package.
• Extend install-datacenter.ps1 with Steam auto-detect, status, open-logs, uninstall, restore-backup, dry-run and backup-aware install flows.
• Add in-game Data Center diagnostics in Options: runtime status, log opening, support package creation and support-package folder access.
• Add configurable Unity 6000 safe-mode switches for scene, input, scroll and TimeScale fallbacks.
• Expand Object Search with tag, layer, component and active-state filters plus recent/favorites working sets.
• Harden release automation with existing release/tag guards, ZIP content validation, changelog-derived notes and v* tag-triggered releases.
• Add generated local known-issues/support-matrix docs plus TDD evidence.

Verification

• RED gate: powershell -ExecutionPolicy Bypass -File .\tests\datacenter-tooling.tests.ps1 initially failed on missing Find-DataCenterGameDir.
• GREEN gate: powershell -ExecutionPolicy Bypass -File .\tests\datacenter-tooling.tests.ps1 passed.
• powershell -ExecutionPolicy Bypass -File .\build-datacenter.ps1 passed with 0 warnings and 0 errors.
• PowerShell syntax checks passed for installer, support collector, known-issues generator and tests.
• install-datacenter.ps1 -Status, -BuildIfMissing -DryRun, -Uninstall -DryRun, and -RestoreBackup latest -DryRun passed against the local Data Center path.
• update-datacenter-known-issues.ps1 generated docs/DATACENTER_KNOWN_ISSUES.md from the local Latest.log.
• git diff --check passed.

Runtime note

The freshly built DLLs were installed locally into Data Center after the final build. The next step is an in-game smoke test: start Data Center, load a save, open Options, create a support ZIP, and try Object Search filters/recent/favorites.
