Hardhat v3.18.0

This release includes two enhancements along with performance improvements and bug fixes: test profiles can now be used in Solidity tests, see our test profiles guide, and hardhat-mocha has been updated to mocha@12.

Hardhat v3.17.0

This release includes a new default gas estimation mode for eth_estimateGas to prevent misleading results when internal calls run out of gas, as well as improved performance for test suites using ethers.
