Bitwire 0.3.0 is now an immutable public release, with all eight language delivery routes verified. Replace preparation banners with the exact release commit, provenance rehearsal, registry publication and clean consumer evidence; preserve earlier release records and the Hackage upload-rights deferral.
Mark the poster design as historical 0.2 material and keep unfinished received-context/runtime adoption separate from this primitive/tree release.
