git 'landing page' giving some elementary directions at git.bioconductor.org?

Minor detail, but for folks not used to dealing with git without github, it might be useful to put a placeholder page at:

https://git.bioconductor.org/

That gives a little direction, or perhaps just redirects back to the Bioconductor svn-git transition page for now. You probably have better ideas of what to do here, but in the spirit of being "incremental", I thought I'd toss this into the mix.
