- Add .github/workflows/release.yml to build, sign, and publish releases on tag push (v*) or workflow_dispatch.
- Verifies reproducible build signing key for F-Droid before attaching APKs to GitHub Releases.
- Uploads AAB to Google Play with localized release notes via r0adkll/upload-google-play.
- Add .github/workflows/ci.yml for pull request and branch validation.
- Document GitHub secrets and release processes in android/README.md.
