Summary

This PR updates documentation to reflect that the Foundation no longer runs its own "Experience Courses" and instead connects practitioners with expert trainers in the partner network. The changes clarify the Foundation's new support model while maintaining guidance for course delivery.

Key Changes

  • Course/Index: Rewrote "Support for Practitioners" section to explain the Foundation now provides peer support, community of practice, and marketing assistance rather than running courses. Added reference to partnership documentation and contact information for those wanting to experience the course.

  • Email Templates: Updated introduction and tense throughout to reflect these were templates from courses the Foundation previously ran, now offered for partners to adapt. Changed present tense ("we run", "we send") to past tense ("we developed", "we sent").

  • Course Definition: Added TODO note to review facilitator eligibility requirements (completion and observation of modules) now that Experience Courses no longer exist. Updated guidance for missed sessions to direct practitioners to contact the Foundation for connecting participants with other deliveries.

  • Glossary: Updated "Experience Course" definition to clarify it's a course the Foundation formerly ran, with guidance to contact them for experiencing the course through partner trainers.

  • Assumptions: Updated language from "we usually deliver" to "the course is usually delivered" to reflect the Foundation's changed role.

  • Partnership/What You Get: Clarified that practitioners must sign up through partners or by arrangement to access community support. Updated marketing support section to reference "people who deliver the course" rather than "people who might deliver the course for us".

  • Team Checklist: Removed references to "Experience course" as a session type option and updated language about confirming standard flight plans.

  • CoC Reporting: Changed reference from "experience courses" to "Foundation events" in consequences section.

  • Course Materials Index: Added clarification that email templates are "to adapt for your own deliveries".

Implementation Details

All changes maintain the existing documentation structure and links while updating the narrative to reflect the Foundation's shift from course operator to support provider and partner network facilitator. The updates are consistent across all affected documents.

The Foundation no longer runs Experience Courses or any courses itself.
Practitioners get support and assistance; people wanting to attend or
commission a course are referred to expert trainers around the world
via the contact page. The facilitator eligibility rule in
course-definition.rst is deliberately left unchanged pending a policy
review (dev-only todo added, cross-referencing the badge criteria).

The page read as a description of live Foundation-run Experience
Courses. The template wording is still valuable, so keep it and shift
the framing to past tense with a prompt to swap in your own booking
links and contact details.

…er pages

Incidental references that assumed Foundation-run courses: session-type
examples in the delivery team checklist, the Code of Conduct spaces
list, and sign-up framing on the partnership page.
