Adds a runnable Mastra example using an account-selected BeatAPI text model and a Pi models.json example for three documented text models. Links the separately published Pi extension. Pricing in Pi is explicitly a snapshot and conditional long-context pricing remains in the BeatAPI ledger.
Validation: Mastra npm run check; root npm run verify (26 Node and 7 Python tests, plus shell/Python/OpenAPI checks). No authenticated model call was made.
