Summary

• Patch-bump all 26 public component packages, matching the scope of the failed Publish Packages run.
• Update the Angular app's exact workspace dependencies and pnpm lockfile to match.
• Keep the private Svelte package version unchanged.

Verification

• Generated by the Prepare Package Versions workflow, which passed frozen lockfile installation and diff checks.
• Reproduced the all-package bump in an isolated checkout; frozen install and pnpm build passed.

After merge, run Publish Packages on main with registry_target=npm to release these versions to npm. The existing GitHub Packages backlog still needs package-level write permissions before an all-package GitHub Packages release can succeed.
