…tive packages npm audit reported 7 advisories on main: react-router / react-router-dom open redirect (moderate, all 6.x affected), js-yaml CVE-2026-59870 and DoS advisories in postcss, nanoid, browserslist and brace-expansion. The router migration only drops the v7 future flags, which are the default behaviour in react-router 7.

npm auditonmainreports 7 advisories (5 high, 2 moderate), all pre-existing. The Snyk PR check only runs when a manifest changes, so every PR touchingweb/package.jsoninherits them and fails (#200, #201).react-router-dom6.30.x to 7.18.3: open redirect via backslash in<Link>/useNavigateand arbitrary constructor injection (moderate, production dependency). Every 6.x release is affected. The app already ran with thev7_startTransitionandv7_relativeSplatPathfuture flags, so the migration is the package bump plus removing those flags, which are the default in v7.
