Closing because the major update is not source-compatible with Kars and CI is red. controller/src/main.rs explicitly selects jsonwebtoken::crypto::aws_lc::DEFAULT_PROVIDER, but jsonwebtoken 11 resolves without the aws_lc_rs feature in this graph, so the controller does not compile (E0433). This needs a deliberate crypto-provider feature/migration review across controller, router, OCI/Sigstore and JWT tests—not a lock-only Dependabot merge.
