✅ Big Win: Deployment Stacks Idempotency Landed! 🎉

PR #44 merged on June 4 — Git-Ape now uses Azure Deployment Stacks (az stack sub create --action-on-unmanage deleteAll) for all deployments, replacing the fragile az group delete approach. This was a long-standing milestone and brings true idempotency to deploy + destroy cycles. Both bash and PowerShell scripts updated; state schema extended with deployMethod and resourceGroups[].

🔒 Security Hardened

Injection prevention fixes landed in deploy/destroy workflows:

• workflow_dispatch inputs now pass through env with charset validation
• github-script values read from process.env instead of interpolation
• Destroy ID JSON built with jq instead of string concatenation
