Updates the Az.AksArc module’s changelog to keep the “Upcoming Release” section properly formatted and correct a typo, aligning the release notes with the repository’s ChangeLog.md template expectations.
Changes:
- Removed an in-section version header (
## Version 0.2.0) from under “## Upcoming Release”. - Corrected a typo in a release note (“statemenet” → “statement”).
