All screenshots and the three videos are regenerated from the current UI by a local script that drives the app with Playwright against a fake GitHub and model, and frames the recordings with ffmpeg. The script stays on this machine; scripts/demo/ is now ignored. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Regenerates every screenshot in
docs/assets/screenshotsand the three videos indocs/assets/demofrom the current UI. The project list replaced the card grid, so the old captures were out of date.wizard.mp4,dashboard.mp4andcode-akos-demo.mp4(both joined, 4.1 MB), plus the README GIF (7.5 MB, under GitHub's 10 MB limit).They were made by a local script that runs the app against a fake GitHub and a fake model, drives it with Playwright, and frames the recordings with ffmpeg (camera zoom on each action, captions, cursor). The script stays local:
