[FEATURE] Advanced Function Blocks

Hi,

I would like to suggest adding Advanced Function Blocks, similar to those available in other major PLC vendors.
All parameters should be retainable and available via OPC UA / Modbus, so external systems (e.g., SCADA) can modify them.
This would significantly improve usability and reduce engineering effort.

Examples of useful blocks:

• Weekly timer
• Yearly timer
• Astronomical clock (sunrise/sunset based)
• PID autotune
• Alarm handling block with 2 warnings and 2 alarms, including delays and hysteresis
