Add a dedicated CMA memory child platform driver that provides a separate character device, dma-buf fd tracking, map/unmap handling, optional hypervisor assignment support, and inherited IOMMU domain mapping. Instantiate the CMA child device from the memory-region DT property and extend physical address lookup to support CMA-backed allocations. Also add q6apm_audio_mem_cma.o to the build.
