The widget had the aswincloud.com portfolio inbox's token hardcoded, so ShipTrack visitors were answered from hosting/consulting knowledge instead of anything about tracking.

ShipTrack now has its own Chatwoot inbox with its own persona and knowledge, built only from facts on this site. Notably it is told it has no courier access, so a pasted AWB gets pointed at the tracker rather than a guessed status.

One constant changed; no behaviour change in the app.

The embedded token belonged to the aswincloud.com portfolio inbox, which
this site was sharing. The support bot picks its knowledge from the inbox,
so anyone who opened the chat here to ask about a parcel was answered out
of the hosting and consulting knowledge base — VPS setup, quotes, CV —
with no idea what ShipTrack is.

ShipTrack now has its own inbox, with facts taken from this site: Blue
Dart plus Shiprocket and Delhivery, AWB lookup and scan history, free and
open source, email alerts on signup. It is also told it cannot see
shipments, so an AWB pasted into the chat is answered by pointing at the
tracker rather than by guessing a status.

Token only — no behaviour change in the app itself.
