Option to disable metadata look up for unsupported sources

Right now, items from unsupported sources show up with an error in favorites as it tries to fetch metadata, even though Futo just display the embedded metadata in the "On Device" menu. It would be great to have a way to just disable metadata look up for certain items or across the board.
