Better blacklist handling, ability to blacklist a tag found under a manga

Blacklisting tags is currently really limited by which sources tags load into the blacklist dialog. We should be able to tap on a tag under a manga to blacklist tags.

Currently when you tap on a tag under a manga, you get:
Search on [Source]
Search everywhere

And I'm suggesting adding a third option to Blacklist the tag

This is possible to blacklist tags on some sources, but not all. Having a local filter would be nice yeah, especially for filtering nsfw because the current one really don't do much which is annoying
