Summary

  • Refine the shared official-site light/dark palette with near-neutral violet-balanced surfaces and contrast coverage; keep the existing page layouts.
  • Add a privacy notice and footer link, plus self-hosted Umami pageview measurement on exact production public routes after explicit opt-in.
  • Strip query strings, fragments, titles, referrers and non-pageview events; no custom identifiers or manual SPA tracking.

Privacy and deployment notes

The tracker hostname, website ID, domain restriction, DNT, search/hash exclusions and sanitizer are configured. Consent is stored locally; no choice means no tracker. Live DNS for umami.andersseen.dev was unavailable during implementation, so tracker connectivity and production ingestion remain unverified. The deployed Umami version/configuration, controller/contact, processing roles and retention period still need owner confirmation; consent remains required.

Verification

  • pnpm --filter @forge-cms/www test/typecheck/lint
  • pnpm --filter @forge-cms/www exec playwright test --workers=1 --reporter=dot (70 passed)
  • pnpm e2e:www:prod (16 passed)
  • pnpm build:www, pnpm build, pnpm format:check, pnpm lint, pnpm typecheck, pnpm test
  • pnpm docs:verify, pnpm docs:verify:consumers, pnpm check:api
  • Palette screenshots captured for light/dark at 390, 768, 1440 and 1920px; demo/docs/roadmap at mobile and desktop.

No package, API, dependency or changeset changes.
