The idea in the future is to only update BgaEventFormat class when changing formats in BGA

I tryed to setup the env locally for tests but I have the cryptyc error : PHP Fatal error: Uncaught LogicException: Symfony Runtime is missing. Try running "composer require symfony/runtime". in /app/bin/console:12
