Changes

• Add a distinct Open Crate logo, Core CI/license/crate download badges, and a short Quick Start.
• Add an 89 KB animated terminal demo generated from the checked verify-header and access-policy examples.
• Invite questions and a voluntary star at the end of the README.
• Refresh EXPORT-INVENTORY.json for the current public tree and new assets, with explicit owner authorization.

Checks

• Both example commands passed locally on the current main source.
• Badge URLs returned HTTP 200; SVG parsed; all five GIF frames loaded; git diff --check passed.
• The private export tool's 27 unit tests and a clean 166-file content-only snapshot check passed locally.

Merge note

The owner subsequently requested an immediate merge. At that point the final-head Core CI run was still in progress; the dependencies job had passed and the Linux/Windows core jobs had not finished. The merge does not imply CI passed. The workflow result should be checked after completion.
