Changes

Publish the five low-level oc-* libraries and opencrate at 0.0.2.
Add optional app-data bridge to opencrate-sdk 0.0.2 for arbitrary bytes and small files.
Keep the default pure core and WASM build; document the .cc versus OCSB1 boundary.
Cover the feature with CI and all-feature dependency review.

Verification

Full workspace tests, feature Clippy, WASM build, package dry-runs and crates.io publication passed locally.
A fresh external Cargo project downloaded opencrate 0.0.2 and round-tripped bytes with context rejection.
Advisory scan remains a hosted CI check because the local advisory DB path is read-only.
