• Align runner-envelope.schema.json protocolVersion/schemaVersion with ADR-0006 common $defs so 08-runner-envelope.valid.json passes the corpus.
• Fix MD024 duplicate heading in contradiction-register.md.
• Reevaluate go/no-go for CONDITIONAL-CLEAR walking skeleton MVP-0 + slice MVP-1 ahead of tag implementation-baseline-mvp1.
