site: drop dead install/social CTAs, fold closing buttons into last section - #170

…ection Removes the GitHub/npm icon links above the homepage footer (the footer already links both under Project) and the install-command CTA block on the three how-it-works pages (navigation, notebook, index), keeping the "Read the docs" / cross-page nav links. Dropping that content left the closing button row as its own thin section, boxed in by a divider above and the footer's divider below. Folds .how-next into the last content section on each page instead of leaving .how-close as an empty wrapper, and gives .how-next its own top margin so it doesn't sit flush against whatever precedes it.
